David Hendrix is one of seven professionals in Environmental Litigation Associates (ELA), formed to provide the industrial and legal communities with an integrated team of consultants in the environmental sciences and corrosion engineering fields. ELA is comprised of seven senior scientists and engineers with exceptional technical ability in one or more scientific or engineering disciplines. The Principals of ELA each manage and operate consulting practices which operate independently of ELA and which sponsors, in part, The Institute of Environmental Technology (IET) in Houston, Texas. They serve as lecturers in the IET training programs to encourage and promote good science and engineering and thereby minimize unnecessary litigation. As primary objectives, ELA provides industrial consulting services and technical litigation support for both plaintiffs and defendant causes throughout the U.S. and overseas.
